Photowalks Terms and Conditions

Bookings

1. Payment should be made in full at the time of booking. A booking will not be confirmed until such time as full payment has been made.

2. We reserve the right to change any prices/details before entering into a contract with you. In this event you will be notified before any such contract is made.

3. We reserve the right to alter/cancel any course without prior notification. In the event of this happening, you have the right to book an alternative course or accept a refund of any monies paid to us by you.

Cancellations

1. Any cancellations must be notified three days or more in advance of the course booked.

   Cancellation Fees

   1. A 5% administration fee will be charged for any cancellation.

   2. Cancellation notifications made within three days will incur a fee of 25% of the full cost of the course booked.

   3. No monies will be returned if you fail to notify us of your intention to cancel.

2. If for any reason a cancellation is made by us, our liability is limited only to any monies you have paid to us.

3. Refunds will not be considered for courses cancelled or aborted due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. adverse weather. Alternative dates will be offered/arranged to suit all parties.

4. Should a course be aborted part way through due to circumstances beyond our control the remaining course time will be offered/arranged to suit all parties. No refunds will be considered.

Liability

1. PhotoWalks does not accept any responsibility or liability for bodily injury, death or any other illness caused to you or any other person for the duration of your course.

2. It is your responsibility to wear suitable and sensible clothing for your course.

Satisfaction

1. Any perceived failures of the course must be made known to the course leader whilst on the course so that a resolution may be reached. Where this is not possible, your complaint must be made in writing or by email within 14 days of the course attended. Correspondence will not be entered into after this period.

2. In the event of a dispute the final decision will remain with PhotoWalks. You will be notified of the decision by post or email within 14 days of your initial correspondence. After this time no further correspondence will be entered into.

Agreement

1. By booking a course with us you are indicating your agreement to these terms and conditions, and are doing so for any other individual on that you are booking for. These terms and conditions are binding and final.
